Bliss Balls

Bliss BallsπŸ’“πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ’œ
This is a very simple recipe to prepare quickly delicious bliss balls. I prepared them for a dinner with my friends, and they’re easy to make and to eat!

For 12 balls
Date paste  3 tablespoons
Almond butter 3 teaspoons
Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons
Roughly chopped peanuts 2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence a few drops
Sesame seeds (4 tablespoons to decorate the balls)

Mix all the ingredients (except the sesame seeds) in a glass bowl. It takes a few minutes to get an homogeneous mixture, but once the date paste has absorbed all the other ingredients, it’s done!
Prepare small balls (2-3 cm, or 1-2 inch more or less) and then rolled them in the sesame seeds. Refrigerate for an hour before eating them, and enjoy!
They very nutritious, contain good fat, and a decent amount of protein, and they’re vegan.

Variations: you can do whatever you want with the bliss balls: use pistachios, hazelnuts, cashews etc… Or instead of the cocoa powder and the sesame seeds, you can use dried coconuts. You can substitute the almond butter with peanut butter or coconut butter.
